Description of services covered by the warranty extension:

Digimark provides free telephone support in standard office days and hours, at 210-2518666 for problems regarding tax mechanisms, covered by Digimark’s warranty extension. Onsite support costs, both parts and labor, are fully covered by Digimark during the extended warranty period. In the case that Digimark’s technical department personnel certifies that repairs are not possible onsite, then the recovery time is 24 hours for areas of Athens and Thessaloniki, and 48 hours for the rest of Greece. The recovery time period starts from the delivery of tax mechanism by the manufacturer. The duration of the warranty extension can be annual or triennial. The tax mechanisms covered by the warranty extension are D-sign, tax manager, tax spooler.
